Currently UDISA owns an area right on a piece of land of 30.895 m2 in Málaga, for the development of a Sports Centre project situated in the Bizcochero-Capitán area, opposite the City of Justice of Málaga.
The building capacity project is of 15.448 m2 of building ceiling.
The area situated next to the University City is one of the urban areas in development at present.
With a budget of 22.000.000 Euros.
