Currently UDISA owns an area right on a piece of land of 30.895 m2 in Málaga, for the development of a Sports Centre project situated in the Bizcochero-Capitán area, opposite the City of Justice of Málaga. The building capacity project is of 15.448 m2 of building ceiling. The area situated next to the University City is one of the urban areas in development at present.
With a budget of 22.000.000 Euros. |

45% OF THE MARINA DE LA FAROLA. PORT OF MÁLAGA.Udisa leaded together with the Unicaja bank the Grant for 40 years for the construction and exploitation of 14.000 m2 of commercial piece of land and an underground parking lot of 800 places in the Port of Málaga in the Pier 1 and corner with Pier 2, being the allocation of the Grant for Udisa, in which participated well-known construction companies and developers at provincial and national level, and developing projects and feasibility studies that won the tender.
55% OF THE UNDERGROUND PARKING PLOT OF 350 PLACES UNDER THE FUENGIROLA CITY COUNCILTogether with our partner PROFASAN, Udisa got the Grant for the construction and exploitation of an underground parking plot of 350 places under the Fuengirola City Council, that is totally finished at present and in phase of exploitation.
