In 2005 UDISA got a contract for the project and construction of a parking lot of 850 places situated in Europa Avenue, Málaga. The construction was carried out in a 20 months period. The liquidation budget amounted to 7.500.000 Euros.

| Sports complex called Bizcochero Capitán |

Currently UDISA owns an area right on a piece of land of 30.895 m2 in Málaga, for the development of a Sports Centre project situated in the Bizcochero-Capitán area, opposite the City of Justice of Málaga. The building capacity project is of 15.448 m2 of building ceiling. The area situated next to the University City is one of the urban areas in development at present. With a budget of 22.000.000 Euros. |

| 13 Refreshment stalls situated in Nuevo Paseo de Poniente. |

In 2005 UDISA got a contract for the construction of “13 REFRESHMENT STALLS IN THE COASTAL STRETCH OF MÁLAGA, WESTERN SECTOR” and in accordance with the Implementation Projects written by the architect Mr. Israel Carlos Rodríguez Ruiz. The construction finished the same year 2005. The liquidation budget amounted to 3.347.000 Euros.
